Complaints

 

The practice aims to maintain a friendly and professional relationship with our patients. If you have any complaints or concerns about the service you have received from our doctors or members of staff who work at the practice, then your are entitled to ask for an explanation. We operate an informal in house process to deal with complaints or concerns. If you remain dissatisfied with our response to your complaint then you do have the right to contact the Parliamentary   and Health Service Ombudsman.

As a practice, we try to resolve any concerns or complaints at practice level, however, if you wish, or feel more appropriate then you can send you complaint to the NHS England Team.
