We would like to know how we can improve our service to you and how you perceive our surgery and staff.

To help us with this, we set up a  patient participation  group over 10 years ago so that you could have your say. The patient participation  group meets bi-monthly on a Monday 5:30pm -6:30pm. We would like the group to represent our patient population to include some of the following: young people, workers, retirees, people with long-term conditions and people from non-British ethnic groups etc.

Patient Participation Meetings are currently held remotely via MS Teams bi-monthly (you can view this in your web browser and do not need the app). If you prefer to meet face to face the practice manager can arrange this. We are currently recruiting new members joining so please contact ann.neville1@nhs.net or susan.taylor122@nhs.net if you are interested in becoming a member and the practice will provide further details.

The group would like to contact patients on occasion by email and/or text so that they can obtain the views of the widest group of patients possible. We would like to obtain your email address and mobile phone number to do this.
